General Information on the APP
If you are looking for an App for vibration measurement and trying to choose appropriate vibration isolation for machines, components or systems, the "VibroChecker" can be a helpful assistant.
With this App from ACE – the globally recognised specialists for industrial damping technology - you can quickly and simply measure vibrations on machines and components within a frequency range up to 50 Hz.
You will gain a simple overview of current vibration statuses in a vertical direction and initial suggestions for vibration-reducing action with the result of the measurements. In addition, this App offers the option of suggesting customised vibration damping on the basis of individual machine data entries, such as the weight, number of support points and the required isolation rates. All measurement results can be archived.
The application can be operated intuitively and is explained with a demo-video.
All of this makes the "VibroChecker" a practical aid with permanently availability from vibration measurements through to action planning. This free aid for users serves the purpose of providing an initial description of the situation with respect to vibrations and is based on a simple, physical model of a single mass oscillator with even distribution of weight. The measurement results provide information but certainly do not substitute in-depth and calibrated on-site measurements.
