Safe operation of bread slicing machines with maximum finger protection thanks to braked machine hoods
To exclude the possibility of injury when using bread slicing machines on self-service counters, the automatic bread slicing process does not start until the flap of the modern machine is closed. To simplify the operation and to thereby increase acceptance of the self-slicing principle among users, two-way rotary dampers of ACE's product family FDT ensure smooth opening and closing of the door. Even when rotary dampers must act only in one direction, ACE has appropriate variants readily available.
Matching Applications
Profile Dampers - TUBUS TA
Profile dampers and compact sliders: sheet metal working up to 1 million strokes For the forming, folding, punching and cutting of steel sheets, voestalpine Camtec GmbH wanted to realise new compact slides that achieve service lives beyond 1 million strokes. The company was looking for compact dampers that could absorb the greatest possible forces when integrated into the tool as an end stop. After a consultation and sampling process, the choice fell on ACE TUBUS profile dampers.
Rotary Dampers - FDN
Protection systems for motor-driven cooker hoods For ergonomic handling, modern cooker hoods can be driven by a motor into an up position and then down again. When driven downwards, an AC load can result in a total loss through current being fed back into the voltage source. One of the tasks of the ACE FDN rotary dampers is to prevent this. The modern machine elements are also built to provide protection against motor failure. Sliding the hood down too quickly could lead to further costly damage to the hood and the ceiling console and even cause personal injury.
Low Freq. Pneumatic Levelling Mounts - PLM
Vibration Control in the high-end audio range For pristine sound, a manufacturer of hi-fi amplifiers relies on air springs from ACE. This effectively eliminates disruptive ambient vibrations that enter the demonstration room from a neighbouring workshop and disturb the listening experience. The PLM-1 air springs, which have a low natural frequency of 3 Hz, are used as a bearing in the hi-fi rack for decoupling. ACE was able to prove the effectiveness measurably with the company's own app VibroChecker PRO. In the meantime, the manufacturer offers the high-end amplifiers optionally with the air springs and the app from ACE to the end customers.
